Permits We Handle

Inner Line Permit (ILP)

Inner Line Permit (ILP)

The standard permit for Indian citizens travelling to protected zones like Nubra, Pangong, Tso Moriri and Hanle. We fill it, submit it, and get it stamped without you standing in a line.

Protected Area Permit (PAP)

Protected Area Permit (PAP)

Required for foreign nationals visiting the same restricted areas. Needs a registered agent and, in most cases, a minimum group size — both of which we arrange for you.

Trekking & Special Area Permits

Trekking & Special Area Permits

Routes like Tangyar and other trek-only zones need separate paperwork on top of the standard permit. We handle both together so nothing gets missed.

Group & Convoy Permits

Group & Convoy Permits

One application, one point of contact, everyone covered — built for school trips, corporate offsites and riding groups travelling together.

Send Your Details,
We'll Handle The Paperwork

Share your ID and route, and our Leh team will submit, track and collect the permit for you — usually within hours for a standard ILP.

  • No DC office queue, no repeat trips
  • Checkpoint-ready copies included
  • One form covers your whole group

Why Handle Permits With Us?

Checked Before It's Submitted

Every form is cross-checked against your ID before it goes in, so applications don't bounce back over a typo or a missing scan.

One Permit, Whole Route

Travelling through Nubra, Pangong and Tso Moriri on one trip? We map the route once and cover every zone it touches.

Fast Turnaround

Most Inner Line Permits are ready within hours of submission. We'll tell you upfront if your route needs more lead time.

Checkpoint-Ready Copies

We hand you stamped copies for every checkpost on your route, not just the original — so nothing holds up your convoy.

24/7 Support

Route changes mid-trip, a checkpoint asking questions, a permit that needs extending — someone's reachable to sort it out.

Frequently Asked
Questions

You don't need one for Leh town itself or the Srinagar–Leh and Manali–Leh highways. But Nubra Valley, Pangong Tso, Tso Moriri, Hanle and several other border-adjacent areas are restricted, and you'll be turned back at the checkpoint without a valid permit.

An Inner Line Permit is for Indian citizens; a Protected Area Permit covers the same restricted zones for foreign nationals. The PAP usually needs to go through a registered agent and often requires a minimum group size, which is where we come in.

Most Inner Line Permits are valid for a few weeks, giving you room to revisit the same areas without reapplying. Protected Area Permits generally run for a shorter, fixed window tied to your travel dates — we'll confirm the exact validity when we process yours.

A day or two is usually enough for a standard Inner Line Permit. Protected Area Permits and multi-zone trekking routes benefit from a bit more lead time, so send your details as soon as your dates are firm.

A clear scan or photo of a valid government ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID for Indian citizens; passport and visa for foreign nationals), your travel dates, and the areas you plan to visit. We'll ask for anything extra your specific route requires.
